She possesses a strong working knowledge of California’s legislative and budget processes and recent legislative history on health care topics relevant to developing Whole person Care, Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS), Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services and Plan, value-based health services (Triple Aim); 10 years of public policy work focused on healthcare reform in California.
